Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes
Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
Develop content of marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date on current marketing trend
Manage and allocate budget correctly
( B2B ) Offline Sales & targeting the hotels, hostels or Retail Outlets.
( B2C ) Creative Market Campaigns , Gated Community , Show case , Customer Interaction
Good convincing and presentation skills.
Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATION
MBA in Marketing, Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
0- 2 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
Excellent time management and written and oral communication skills
