-Zycus is looking out for a seasoned Business Development Specialist, with strong proficiency in German Language (both written and verbal). Software sales experience of about 1-7 years is preferable, with hands-on experience in generation of leads and new business opportunities.
*As an individual contributor - roles & responsibilities include
-The incumbent will report to Lead Manager- Business Development and will be an Executive/Senior Executive, depending upon the relevance and years of experience.
-Collaborating with Regional Sales Director to accelerate influx of business opportunities in DACH region.
-Reaching out via Phone/Email/Social Media to connect with prospective customers.
Conducting secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting effort.
-We prefer minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development
Compensation will be based on relevant years of experience

-Proficiency in written and Verbal German
-Ability to motivate, mobilize and scale up the team.

-Abreast with market trends and events in the allocated territory/ territories
