Grow and develop Zycus's customer base through user groups, customer advocacy program, social media channels and online community.
Drive usage and adoption of our products through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Monitor trends and best practices in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Grow & evangelize our customer programs internally with Sales, other marketing groups, Product Management and Customer Success.
identify new opportunities for us to develop user- generated content.
Analyze campaigns and share quarterly recommendations for revising and improving our strategy.
Qualified leads and pipeline from online and offline programs.
Optimizing customer engagement metrics (open rates, attend rates, social participation)
Number of customer assets (stories, videos, presentations) delivered.
Quantity of customer participating in online and in person advocacy opportunities
Liaising with Agencies, and in house editorial teams to develop content and design for the client and marketing led supplements, and advertorials.
Conceptualizing and executing on ground events.
