Job Description:
Your Role
- Process Auditing: Assessment Reviews covering all critical Functions / Facilities.
- Work across organizations’ functions: Operations, Process Design, HR, Technology etc, for ensuring closure of audit non – conformances and drive key projects for
enhancing process quality
- Identify opportunities: for driving focused improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Customer / Seller Satisfaction
- Develop and maintain: data repositories and systems for monitoring and measuring process performance against defined benchmarks
- Prepare & publish: Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports sharing trends on Quality metrics
- Build Versatile and transparent culture: Hire talent with complementary skills, over communicate with ground teams and be always approachable. Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work
- Work with the owner's mindset: Wear the Zepto badge with pride. We are looking for owners – not employees. You will represent what we stand for and serve as culturecarriers
