Job Description:
Your Role
• Physical recce at the site (PPT with photos/video)
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed drawing using Autocad
• Communicating with architects and incorporating recce details into drawings
• Preparing Recce report with complete SOW • Follow up with landlord and vendors
• Post execution quality checking basis layout & BOQ and preparation of snag list
• Formal handover with document from vendor to project and from project to Operation team
• As built drawing (layout/lineout and MEP) if any deviation from the proposed layout
• Docket preparation for the site
• Database management for all sites
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture
• Experience in AutoCAD
• Ability to draw manually favourable, but not essential
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own • Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude
