What you'll own (responsibilities):
Xeno is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to undertake all aspects of financial management.You will work alongside our key stakeholders to work on the finance plan, here are some ideas of what we expect that'll involve.
Manage company’s day to day accounting, including coordination with finance team members, stakeholders and external advisors and bankers
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, SaaS KPIs, coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance, support month-end and year-end closure processes.
Validate progress toward achieving product/market fit by ensuring customers pay for and renew their subscriptions.
Setting up basic accounting systems to accurately capture and report on ARR and MRR.
Ensuring healthy cash reserves and flow of money through the Saas business.
Compliance with regulatory authorities including PF, RBI, tax departments
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Managing payroll, income, expenses, reports, and other day-to-day activities.
Creating budgets that prioritize appropriate activities to meet strategic goals.
Reviewing spend against departmental budgets to check progress and adjust as needed.
