Job Description:
Develop solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform
Optimize existing solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform
Migrate use cases from other platforms like Smartsheet and Trello to the Microsoft Power Platform
Partner with the Power Platform Center of Excellence to enable the adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform
Partner with the analyst team and Power Platform Center of Excellence to identify new areas and business processes where Power Platform can be leveraged and facilitate continuous process improvement
Create and maintain documentation for the environment and solutions
Provide daily production system support and user support including citizen developers
Support and cultivate the Power Platform user community
Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform, most importantly SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Graph APIs
1-3 years development experience with Node.js, CSS, javaScript, C#, vb.net, Python, Power Fx, M or DAX.
Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
Strong business-to-technology translation skills for identifying ways to apply solutions to help business users increase value and performance
Knowledge of UI/UX concepts
Ability to maintain productivity and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by ambiguity, rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
Experience of working in Agile, Lean or Continuous Delivery teams
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter and highly motivated
Certifications Preferred: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Power Platform Developer
