Skills like critical thinking, creative problem-solving and emotional intelligence cannot be ‘taught’ through conventional and passive methods such as lectures or video tutorials. Therefore at Workverse learners are at the centre of all the action. They assume the role of a founding team member of an imaginary startup where they solve problems, pitch to clients, collaborate with colleagues and make tough decisions. Essentially graduates experience & train their brains to tackle all scenarios as they would in the real world of work in a simulated environment, before they start their careers. We encourage them to utilize their intelligence and creativity in the process. At the end of this immersive experience, candidates receive a solid foundation for rapid growth and a unique advantage in placements, which we provide access to.
Responsibilities:
Brainstorming and implementing an immersive learning experience
Handling day-to-day operations
Interacting with learners to gather feedback and ensuring the implementation of the feedback
Working closely with the Learning Experience Architect to constantly plan and implement simulation-based learning
Keeping the senior management informed and updated about important milestones
Managing all the communication with the learners
Working closely with the social media team and providing them with engaging content for social media.
Developing and handling feedback surveys
Working with the assessment team to ensure the tasks are being evaluated and feedback is being shared with the learners
Handling client reports
Requirements:
Communication and marketing skills
Experience in project management
Good leadership skills
Highly Organized
Love for research
Ability to think from a business perspective
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage risks and crisis situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
One year of professional work experience in a similar field as per the profile
