Description/Responsibilities:
Key Leadership role accountable for driving growth for security services within the Strategic Market unit -A1.
Ensuring customer delight by overseeing high quality delivery. Delivering this business while achieving margin and other operational targets
Key leader accountable for delivery of successful security engagements in an SMU
Responsible for Customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue, & margins for portfolio of accounts.
Responsible for relationship building with Customer stakeholders within the account and articulating value additions delivered
Interact with Client Managers from Wipro and Client side CXOs
Drive Fulfilment, Net add, Delivery led Growth & thereby revenue
Responsible for people processes
Employee Retention, people development and engagement
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Skills
An understanding of Cybersecurity technologies; exposure of infrastructure management would be an advantage.
Ability to build relationships with customers and articulate offerings and value delivered
Strong delivery management experience, knowledge of various delivery models etc., Excellent understanding of the Delivery cycle well.
Large Project management / Program management; Customer & Key Stakeholder management; Escalation management
Excellent people management capabilities; Should manage teams through influence rather than control; Believe in cadre development & rotation.
Solutioning, experience of managed services; Must understand incident management and response processes; Sow compliance & SLA adherence; In-depth understanding of the SDLC; Technical delivery parameter compliance tracking & reporting
Knowledge of emerging technologies; Various platforms, tools and products and their respective applications - Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services
