Responsibilities: Role and Accountabilities
Deliver Executive admin support accountabilities for Founder's office;
Ensuring seamless calendar management/ meeting scheduling for all
stakeholders while managing the Leadership team coordination for
various admin-related tasks;
Cross-functional collaboration with high-end communication with most
influential leaders within the organization
Administrative support
Ensure booking and usability of TP, Conference rooms, Training facility
etc
External Vendor engagements and arrangements for catering, usage
planning and conducting town halls
Maintain communication across Corporate leaders
Ensuring travel related arrangements for leaders
On-boarding (if any) of new member and create efficiencies in the
induction process of the new joiners
Maintaining high level of confidentiality of important meetings and
decisions for effective execution of business strategies by builing the
culture of trust, truth;
Planning team outing / Fun activities
Processing expense reports for the leads
Give away /R&R/ award arrangements
Zoom connects/ team connects
Update Org structures
Data entry

Qualifications: Experience & Skills Required
Graduate in any stream with minimum 3 years’ experience
People skills
Skilled in Admin related work including accounting transactions and
travel bookings
Articulation and language skills – ability to engage with local and global
admin and other stakeholders
Time management and managerial skills necessary to conduct their job
efficiently
Good understanding of admin processes , operational safety and
necessary practices for smooth Liaoning with stakeholders
Collaborative skills
Disciplined and organized, with a strong sense of purpose
