Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for producing quality code utilizing .NET Framework (C#, VB and .NET) and proficient in ASP .NET Core, MS SQL, Jquery, Handlebars, Bootstrap. SignalR experience is a plus.
2.Able to handle all aspects of the application, including but not limited to performance, scalability, security and testing both locally and using AWS.
3.Utilizes established development tools, guidelines and conventions applicable to the design, development, and unit testing of applications including the use of Visual Studio, Gitlab.
4.Manages defect tracking system and works to resolve any issues/defects in the code for all applications.
5.Enhances existing systems by analyzing business objectives and preparing actions plans to support identified areas for modifications and improvements.
6.Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code and package, test and determine deployment strategies of all version releases
7.Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current technologies --develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications
8.Analyze and resolve technical and application problems while assessing opportunities for application and process improvement
9.Recommends information technology strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating the organization’s desired outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating relevant trends and anticipating obstacles to accomplish business requirements.
10.Develop and maintain all documentation related to coding and any implementation issues to keep all parties involved.
11.Able to adhere to high-quality development and systems management principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Candidate Preferences
• Bachelors’ Degree or Masters’ in Information Technology, Software Engineering or other related coursework is required • .NET Framework Certification and relevant hands-on experience • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) is a plus • Angular
