Job Description:
What will you be doing?
● Being a sales professional who will be guiding and counseling people with their hair
related issues
● Understand Customer problems and explain treatment plans in accordance with expert
prescription
● Explain the uniqueness and effectiveness of Traya’s approach to solve problems
● Own the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone
calls, product explanation, and sales closing.
● Maintain and update the lead status on time in the CRM for better understanding of work
done.

What are your deliverables/KPI’s?
● Calling fresh leads in time and attending follow-ups without delay on a daily basis.
● Maintaining proper Input parameters (Talktime and connected calls)
● Bi-weekly and Monthly targets to be met/over achieved.
Remuneration: 21,000/- to 25,000/- INR (Fixed) + Amazing monthly incentives based
on performance
Job Location : Mumbai (Work From Office as per Govt. guidelines)
Shift details : Regular Day Shift - 6 Day working - 1 day weekoff on rotational basis.
