Job Description:
✅Responsibilities
-Provide administrative assistance to Product Launch Project Managers, ensuring smooth project execution. Assist in organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project-related records.
-Ensure timely communication and coordination with key stakeholders to facilitate effective project collaboration.
-Collect and compile data from various IT systems to support project managers in decision-making. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in project execution.
-Work closely with the Operational Readiness Team to provide comprehensive support for product launch projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.
✅ Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
-Proven experience in data analysis and administration, ideally in a project management environment.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI or other relevant software.
-Excellent organizational and ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
-Solid communication skills to interact effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
