Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Make cold calls for new business leads
2. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
3. Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to a successful agreement
4. Understand the target markets including industry, company, project, and company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
5. Keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity
6. Determine the need for joint venture/collaboration and lead the efforts
7. Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
8. Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
