Job Description:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and coordinate interviews and followups
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, Hiring websites, Consultancies and professional networks)
End-to-end recruitment including Sourcing, Screening, Soft calling, Collecting basic candidate HR data and shortlisting candidates
Conduct the HR interview round to assess the quality of the candidate on the basis of relevant criteria
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department and close openings within the time period prescribed
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Systematically maintaining candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
Initiate salary negotiation, prepare offer letters, Assist pre-onboarding of selected candidates
Managing staffing consultancies and follow up with them for closing current openings
Prepare and maintaining candidate tracker and required to present the recruitment analytics on weekly basis
Assist the HR Manager in basic HR operations
