Job Description:
Primary responsibilities:
Configures, administers, and operates Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns.
Leads a small but growing team of Front-end developers. Takes on development tasks as needed.
Implements A/B, MVT, Auto Target & Automated Personalization tests.
Experience leading implementations of Target Recommendations is a major plus.
Provides technical guidance to fellow team members, including Testing/Personalization Managers and Front-End developers.
Supports and develops processes and requirements documentation for testing, tagging for analytics, and support requirements for product teams to integrate Adobe Target on their platforms.
Lead and document Quality Assurance Testing for every activity launched. Maintain change log for iterative changes applied to activities post-launch.
Ability to estimate development/QA for projects.
Assesses and audits the current state of Adobe platform configuration
Develop and maintain Adobe Target platform technical documentation for large implementations.
Maintain custom code library solutions developed for individual tests for reuse in the future.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
5+ years of Adobe Target experience
Adobe Target Business Practitioner, Expert, or Architect certifications preferred
Experience in other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Audience Manager, or Adobe AdCloud is a plus.
Development skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Experience with JSON, jQuery, is a plus.
Experience with Auto-Target and Automated Personalization as plus.
Experience in leading Adobe Target implementations across web, mobile, and applications.
A proven track record of defining technical strategies and requirements to advance sustainable, scalable testing and personalization programs across the globe.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, including the ability to convey complex information in a manner that is compelling to individuals at all levels inside and outside the company.
Ability to build and establish effective relationships/partnerships across teams and functional boundaries.
Be an expert in industry trends, new technologies, or updates on our existing platforms.
Ability to think analytically when troubleshooting issues with Adobe Target, Audience Manager, and Analytics.
Possess a service attitude; anticipate and respond promptly to stakeholder and customer needs.
Possess an innovative, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach when developing new opportunities as well as troubleshooting technical issues.
Proven ability to work effectively and influence business partners from adjacent development teams and Adobe Customer Care when needed.
