We are looking for a Smart Recruiter’s who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of software developers. This is a fully remote job (100% work from home) in a growing company and you would be working directly with the CRO, CTO , CEO of the company.
We're looking for someone who will grow to become Account Manager at Team 4 Progress, as we scale our operations.
What You Will Do:
• Source candidates with the right profile.
• Arrange telephone or video interviews.
• Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
What You Should Have:
• 6+ Months of experience in recruitment (required).
• Good communication and decision-making skills.
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• Good to have (Non Mandatory): Experience in managing teams / team members
• Good to have (Non Mandatory): If you have taken any course / worked earlier related to software development.
