Job Description:
#What will you do
-Work with the HR manager, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment
-Develop creative sourcing techniques in getting extraordinary talents
-Partner with external vendors in building the hiring talent funnel
-Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees
-Represent the company in recruiting events and open houses
-Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads
-Champion candidate experience
#What we are looking for
-At minimum a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields
-Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
-Level-headed attitude with attention to detail
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Prior experience in the Human Resources department of any organization is an added advantage
-Analytical approach to handling the requirements
-Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively.
