Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
1. Single Interface to Application Teams (Voice, Email, Tickets).
2. Proactive monitoring of production environment – vSphere ESXi and vRealize Suite from VMware.
3. Manage alerts through use of various monitoring tools, dashboards and email
4. Creating and assigning tickets to appropriate teams.
5. Escalating major incidents quickly to the Incident Manager
6. Work on Tasks assigned by L3s and L2s.
