Job Description:
Key Responsibility Areas
Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.
Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.
Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.
Requirements
Bachelors /Masters Degree in relevant fields
0-1 year experience in relevant fields
Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English/local language)
Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage.
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail
