Job Description:
#Role Overview
-As a CSE, you’ll assist our customers with their inquiries related to our products and services. You’ll be responsible for resolving our customers queries, recommending solutions and guiding our product users through features and functionalities.
#Requirements
-1-2 years of experience working as a customer support executive, or any similar customer support roles.
-Able to support customers during different timezones (IST, US etc)
-Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
-Experience with CRM and ticketing system preferred.
-Familiarity with B2B, SaaS, product based companies is a plus.
