Skills required:
Experience managing the overall operations of Medicare or ACA lead generation.
Actively running a BPO of their own or for a large operation
Not necessarily looking for a “people” person as that can be the Supervisor(s).
Knows how to get a below $60 CPA
Has contacts where to buy TCPA compliant DATA
Experience with Phone Systems & Dialers
Understands Call Center Compliance FCC, TCPA, Ethics
Knows how to put together a lead generation script for Medicare/ACA
Knows how to train people to become effective lead generators
Knows how to put together an overall process including QA
