Job Description:
#Roles & Responsibilities:
-You should be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively engage and interact with customers on-site, on email or phone
You understand the customer's query and identify the customer's needs and give the best resolution to the customer
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills
#Qualification:
-Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-1+ years of experience working in a customer satisfaction role
-Talented Freshers are also welcome
-Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards
-Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team
-Minimum Associates Degree (Bachelor Degree preferred)
