Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Provide subject matter expertise for establishing world-class integration during the Workday implementation project.
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday with external applications across a wide array of Sales, Financial or HR functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Collaborate regularly and effectively with product owners, engineers, architects, and product design to understand requirements, implement solutions, and evaluate success
Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business or end user teams and translate them into technical requirements.
Participate in system test and process simulation for the Workday implementation project.
Act as domain expert in Workday and HR business process.
Gather HCM or FCM business requirements, analyze, provide conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, performing necessary configurations, write detail specifications for development, test and manage the rollout of the solution.
Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on functional requirements
Analyze, design, document, test, implement and support software modifications to new or enhancing existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment
Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives
Provide Solutions options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons for each option and recommendation
Participate in the change management and go live support processes.
