Responsibilities-
Client servicing: dealing and managing social media clients, managing client's social media handle
Management and monitoring of the social media department of the company.
Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
Coordinating with clients, marketers, content and designing team on daily basis.
Taking care of social media posts and operations.
Making social media reports and sharing the same with the client.
Skills Required: Strong interpersonal communication skills, team player, High service orientation, General business knowledge, have basic communication sense and design sense.
