Job Description:
Position Objective
• Manages all social media channels, and campaigns, to sustain an engaging audience
experience and to increase market reach.
• Researches and analyses social media trends, including web visitor data, to improve
social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Works with various internal departments to promote the overall brand through social
media channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversees all company social media accounts management.
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which
enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Coordinates social media messaging with the management team, department
managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
• Manages and facilitates social media content, including copywriting and correction.
• Audits and analyses social media presences, and finds ways to improve and enhance.
• Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and
determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Interviews departments and team members to gather data and insights to be
published on social media.
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new
product releases, campaigns, or other brand messages
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
Key Skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in managing social media presence for an IT
Organization.
• UG or PG in media and communication (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Should have some artistic background and skills
• Pro at managing social media
• Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software
