Job Description:
#What you’ll do
1. Responsible for installation of SigTuple devices at customer location
2. Responsible for pre-analytical process set-up and training at the install site
3. Visit the customer site for regular preventive maintenance related tasks
4. Coordinate with the production team to fix mechanical and other issues at the install site
5. Responsible for customer retention
6. Track the usage of all the devices pilot/sale
7. Weekly feedback call to customer/partners
8. Rising issues and tracking them
#What you’ll need
1. Graduate Degree/ Diploma in any laboratory discipline.
2. 1-5 years of overall work experience in Medical Diagnostic Laboratory
3. Preferably > 1 years’ experience of working in Hematology department
4. Preferably experience in medical device maintenance
5. Good understanding and experience of customer interaction
