Job Description:
Be responsible address End user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues, help customers through installing applications and computer peripherals, Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions, conduct remote troubleshooting
Be responsible for OS deployment on the laptops for end users and provide the support to all remote site in India location
Be responsible, for Hardware Inventory management in SNOW for the respective site
Manage and support all Audio/Video site services
Engage with global team and work on the global projects

Good technical and functional knowledge of End user services and technology
Understanding of new technologies, like Zoom meeting, MS Teams, O365, Video conferencing, OS deployment, SCCM, Bit locker technology and VPN etc
Good written and oral communication skills
Bit Locker management, OS deployment for End user laptops
Good understanding of SCCM/MECM technology
Configuration and troubleshooting of O365, MS teams, Zoom, Mobile/Tablets
Good understanding of Network LAN wired/wi-fi environment troubleshooting
