We are looking for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud contract position. Below are the details.
Requirement – Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
Experience – 3-4 years
Contract Period – 5 months (contract can be extended if performance is good)
Atleast 3 projects implementation
Mandatory Certification:
- Salesforce Admin
- Salesforce PD1
- Salesforce Service Cloud consultant
- Salesforce Sales Cloud consultant
skills:
A solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits
experience working in an Agile project
Responsibilities :
- Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX
- Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
- Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
- Perform Impact analysis
- Must perform configuration and customization
- configure & customize - web to case, email to case
- Build List views, Reports, dashboards
- Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination: Coordinate with Development/Configuration and Testing teams during build and deployment phases of the project
Job Description
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
2. 5+ years of experience in Development and configuration in Salesforce platform.
3. Experience building Lightning Web Components with HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities Lightning experience required (2+ year)
4. Experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visual Force pages/components, and SOQL / SOSL.
5. Candidates must have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture.
6. Experience with Salesforce Portals and Communities
7. Extensive knowledge of Integration through REST API and SOAP API
8. Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
9. Ability to manage heavy workloads and projects, many on a time-sensitive basis while still maintaining accuracy with a strong attention to detail
10. Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer Certification I is a must.
11. Ability to work independently with users/clients, understand business requirements, and translate into workable salesforce solutions.
12. Must be able to communicate solutions to technical and non-technical users, provide adequate training to end-users.
