1. Primary Responsibilities
a) Lead Generation
Actively participate in marketing activities and drive referrals to generate leads and achieve retail target
b) Vehicle Sales
Actively maintain contact with prospective customers to convert them into buyers and sell the entire product portfolio
Regular follow-up on leads allocated through the marketing team
Conduct need analysis with the customer, vehicle demonstration and test drives to create a unique product experience, making customers feel the need to buy product
Demonstrate strong product and customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the Hyundai Portfolio and draw up a complete offer which meets their exact needs and interests
Demonstrate the key highlights of the Hyundai vs competitive products
Check for Finance requirements, Trade-in opportunities, accessories, EW, Service Package, other VAS requirements from the customer
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix
Drive sales for the dealers by selling profitably and maximizing value added services sales
