-The Logistics Operations team executes the role of dispatching the vehicle and coordinating with the customers and drivers (Third-party vendors) to ensure smooth task completion on the field without any hassle. Also ensuring KRA is met and having good communication between the other team’s stakeholders in order to derive customer excellence at the highest level.
**Role & Responsibilities:-
-Vehicle coordination for timely delivery and pickup
-Vehicle movement monitoring
-Customers calling for scheduling orders delivery, pickup
-Daily Route Planning
-Urgent Pickup Scheduling & Monitoring
-Vehicle Cost Control
-Customer Escalation Mail Follow-up & Resolution
-Vehicle Arrangement & Management
-Support Staff Training & development
-In-transit damage Control
-Coordination with warehouse team for inward and outward errors
-Alternative order planning in case of in transit cancellation
**Job Requirement

-Good communication in English & Hindi
-Problem-solving ability
-Flexibility in working for different shifts
-Ability to Coordinate with 3rd party business partners and handle drivers and Customer calls to ensure a smooth process of tasks completion
-Excellent process knowledge/tools
-Proficient in data entry
-Comfortable in doing Outbound calls
-Decision making ability
-Good coordination with internal teams to prioritise user request
