You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy which translates into actual sales and contribute to revenue growth of the Company.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with experience in building material sales, channel partner management, and a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our home automation products through our network of architects, distributors, dealers, and other channel partners within the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets for the region
Identify and onboard new channel partners, architects, distributors, dealers, and other B2B and B2C customers to expand the company's market presence in the region
Manage existing channel partners, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service to end-users
Provide product training and support to channel partners, architects, and other customers as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the region
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials for the region
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to make strategic business decisions
Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and to the customer's satisfaction
Manage the regional sales budget and provide regular reports to the senior management team.
Achieve Monthly Sales Target & Reporting to the Head
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Experience in building material sales, channel partner management, and B2B and B2C sales
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
