Job Description:
#Roles and Responsibilities :
●Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Business Requirements
●Develop all documents in Agile SDLC like Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, PRD, ●Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned.
●Develop Program Governance Decks, Program Milestones and RAID log
●Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements
●Use data modeling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
●Working with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project
●Assisting with integration and acceptance testing
#Mandatory Qualifications:
●2-4 years of Total experience as Delivery/Program Manager
●Strong Payments domain knowledge with know how of Regulations impacting the Banks
●Understanding of Modelling techniques, methods and systems engineering concepts
●Familiarity with Project Management (Requirement management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management etc.)
Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
●Strong in Project management tools – MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
●Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum
●Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization
●Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
●Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
