SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Managing & Execution of the immediate and long term strategies (in alignment with Business) to support the continued development of employees. Also to support Lead L&D in enabling career development through a variety of blended solution to enhance the employee and customer experience through strategic investment in people, thereby enable delivery of business results & ensure business continuity.
SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Identifying Training Need in line with Business requirement and accordingly create a learning plan. Define the direction of future learning across functions, informed by deep understanding of the current state of learning and development programs.
Designing and delivering of Training Interventions on required Functional & Behavioral Skills as per Business Requirements
Manageing end-to-end coordination for the identified and approved training plan
Responsible for measuring training effectiveness and man-days as per approved training calendar
Responsible for end-to-end Training MIS Management
Ensuring coherence of Training Budgets (Actual vs Approved)

Education Qualification
Any Post Graduate / Graduate / Fashion Graduate from any reputed Fashion Insititute
Technical & Professional Knowledge required

Understanding of Retail / Fashion Retail Industry. Experienced in Functional / Behavioral Training at Store Level. Language Proficiency : English and Hindi - Read / Spoken / Writing. Proficiency in Punjabi Language is also desirable
Experience Required
(What someone NEEDS TO HAVE DONE)
Total 6-8 yrs. Experience in Behavioral & Functional Training Delivery in Retail / Fashion Retail Stores. Atleast 2-3 years in driving Learning Interventions (Mobile-based, On-line & Classroom).
