Test Engineer
Manages day-to-day lab activities by working closely with R&D team.
Creates and manages lab budget and test equipment procurement including ongoing lab inventory, program inventory, and all laboratory expenses.
Assure equipment calibration and maintenance is performed on time to support program commitments by interfacing with approved NABL Calibration agencies.
Supports to complete New Product development and Life cycle management activities on time, with appropriate quality, and in compliance with relevant laboratory standards and regulations.
Generates, reviews and Maintain Lab quality records to support Q&R team in internal and external audits.
Knowledgeable on System integration (Mechatronics, FW, SW etc). Qualifies test systems and maintains system configuration as part of Model control for Product development and testing.
Pair up with design & development team to setup test environment to start the testing early in the design cycle to identify issues early.
