✅What you need to bring:
-1.5+ years of International Email/Chat/Voice Process experience in a financial services process
-BA/ BS / BCom degree or educational equivalent
-Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC-based internet, and software applications (Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through
Time Management and Adherence to schedules
Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
Willingness to work hard and have fun doing it!
