#Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
-The main role of a Support engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.
#Education & Experience:
-BE, BTech, MCA , CA or equivalent with 6.5 + CGPA preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
-3+ years relevant working experience
# We expect candidate to have:
1)Good communication and Analytical Skills
2)SaaS Certified
3)Functional consultants should have expertise in business flows for a chosen domain in a product pillar, understand business requirements and should be able to propose solution to the client, also should be able to contribute in automation or fine tuning the solution. Also, be able to drive the team to deliver the proposed solution.
Technical consultants should be able to lead complex issues and escalations involving technical components.
4)Should be able to contribute to business development through involvement in Discovery Sessions/estimations/POCs/solutioning
5)Very good Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and reporting technologies.
6) Should be flexible to work from Client Location on need basis
