Job Description:
Under the service guidance candidates will be designing technical operations for a global delivery center
Work as first line support engineer in industry leading network and security technologies
Would be working for global clients in a 24×7 mode of operations
Investigate first line support calls assigned to them and identify root cause of incidents.
Objective would be to ensure zero misses in service level agreement conditions.
Ability to communicate well and to capture all pertinent details when required.
Work closely with partners and 3rd party vendors where necessary
Where necessary, they escalate requests and exceptions to the 2nd line support team
NTT would provide required technical and process trainings
