We are currently seeking a Network Support Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
NOC monitoring
Be a part of 24/7 Shift based monitoring team.
Monitor infrastructure for availability and other factors on Solarwinds.
Basic knowledge/understanding of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, wireless devices, Servers, and storage.
1st level troubleshooting of issues.
Follow Up on Incidents and tasks.
Timely acknowledgement of Incidents and tasks.
Ticket triage to respective Support Queues.
Initiating P1 calls for Critical incidents.
Vendor coordination for IPS and hardware related issues.
Ticketing on Service now.
Escalate in a timely fashion.
Good communication (verbal and written).
