Job Description:
Role responsibilities:
• Pre-sales support for sales teams involving positioning of Cloud Solutions, pre-sales qualification, and opportunity identification
• Design and present customer specific solutions, and services.
• Work with the project delivery team and cloud assessments ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained, project milestones are met and communication between delivery and customer is maintained.
• Assess and develop cloud economics and migration plans tailored to customer requirements
• Identify Cloud key drivers at our customers to accelerate our business and market share, by demonstrating Embee technical expertise
• Liaison with strategic partners
Must have:
• 8+ years of IT experience in consultancy
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Azure, including Azure resource.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing Azure IaaS platform
• Sound conceptual knowledge on Azure technologies along with CAF and Well-architected framework
• Must have had strong implementation experience in workload migration and/or large-scale cloud native application.
• Must have experience in managing and deploying Windows server services like AD, DNS, DHCP, file server and ADFS
• Should have knowledge in deploying and managing Microsoft SQL server, i.e Log Shipping, Always on Availability Group
• Hands on in implementing proposed solutions and be able to technically guide to extended teams during development and deployment of solution
• Microsoft Azure solution architect with a strong background to architect high available, scalable and resilient solutions on azure IaaS platform.
• Experience with developing migration plans, statement of work or project deliverables
• Knowledge or experience with multiple migration and/or assessment tools, as well as end to end delivery of cloud-based solutions
• Working knowledge of IaaS, as well as Infrastructure as Code
• Cloud-related certifications and/or competencies including but not limited to: Implementing and managing Microsoft Cloud - MCP, MTCS, MCSE, Cloud platform and productivity, Azure, Windows Server, AD, virtualization and system architecture
• Willingness to travel.
