Job Description:
FSD USAGE
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Need someone who can handle multiple clients collectively & can deliver client
solving problems in a short period.
2) Will need to have basic accounting knowledge & handle pressure situations
3) Job role does require to travel on field at various sites & work alongside with
different committee members of different societies (Not during lockdowns )
4) Ability to convince members about alternate solutions & to promote ideas set by
organisations towards such societies.
Key Points
• Minimum 1-5 years of proven track record in deploying financial solutions and
ability to meet targets
• The candidate must have basic accounting and finance background (e.g.
Graduated with BAF degree)
• Fluency in the regional language is a plus point
• Should be comfortable to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday are
compulsory working days, with a week off in between Monday-Thursday)
• The candidate should have proficiency in Tally and MS Office
• Good Communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• To check the maintenance of ERP in the societies on a regular basis
