Job Description:
#Key Responsibilities:
-Act as first line of review for all deal registrations submitted by our partners
-Respond to partner inquiries related to program requirements, incentive claims, partner portal issues, training requirements, and other partner inquiries.
-Receive and respond to requests to become a Netskope partner by managing the vetting process and enforcing CPI regulated requirements.
-Assist with tracking and reporting of incentives and programs as needed
Weekly data cleansing of partner accounts, partner account ownership, partner status, etc.
-Train and support distribution partners on quoting and ordering processes
Renewals reporting for partners
-Creating quotes for partners
