Role : Support Executive ( Inbound Voice Process )

Skills Required

 Should be good in communication skills English, Marathi and Hindi
 Candidate should be smart and with a pleasing voice asthis is a customer support/ call center profile.
 Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.
 For female candidates the late shift will be between 09:30 am to 08:00 pm.
Job Description

 Answer inbound calls from customers on the support numbers.
 Maintain quality parameters and provide accurate information related to the query asked by customer.
 Maintain the service level parameter i.e. average login hours, average talk time, wrap up time etc.
