Job Description:
✅Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Engagement Associate to join our Customer Success team, to drive product training for our customers. The product caters to contact centers and is aimed at agents & quality auditors in the team.
✅Experience & Key Skills:
-Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computer science or equivalent experience.
-Experience with Cloud,software and systems.
-Comfortable making decisions and suggesting problem solving measures.
-Knowledge of learning and development trends and best practices will be an added plus
-Excellent presentation skills
-Excellent written & spoken communication skills
-Expert in word, PPT, Excel tools
-Curiosity to learn and leverage new learning tools, systems, or methods of work
