We are searching for a motivated program manager who is self-driven and is looking for a high level of responsibility and accountability to help us drive the Secure Supply Chain story across Microsoft.
The successful candidate will have program management skills, and excellent cross-group collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to schedule and prioritize work against multiple deadlines and direct the teams to success. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment are a must. Candidate should represent the growth mindset and display Microsoft cultural values in day to day activities.
Business Context: The end to end (E2E) Microsoft Supply Chain goes from developer’s check-in to build, chips to firmware, drivers, OS, 3rd party apps, manufacturing/factory, all the way to secure updates. Ensuring the security and resiliency of this supply chain is paramount as part of Microsoft devices, products, and services like Azure, M365, Windows etc. being crucial components used by businesses and end users across the world. In addition, governments and critical infrastructure providers are looking for a new level of assurance for supply chain security and continuity. Hunt & Detection team (H&D) plays a key role in securing the supply chain and this position is for Program Manager of H&D team based out of Hyderabad
