Job Description:
#Requirements: -
●Good logical thinking.
●Should be hands on with one or more programming languages like C, C++, Java or data base tools like SQL etc.
●Good in MS office
●Good communication.
●Good team player.
# Responsibilities: -
●Understand the business of Merkle and client needs in specific.
●Work with data collected through surveys taken by professionals in the US and other countries.
●Engage in interpreting responses from Market Surveys, create relevant categories and then classify responses under those categories with the help of a tool.
●Will be required to read the responses to questions on domains like automobiles, cosmetics, service industry, financial sector etc. and categorize the ideas spoken about accurately.
●Will need to be able to identify and report adverse events mentioned in the responses.
●Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.
●Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from Supervisor when needed.
●Review project requirements and execute projects as per requirements by following the guidelines and deploying the tools/systems as applicable.
●Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.
●Participate and contribute to review meetings.
●Good in MS office.
●Manage internally sponsored benchmarking initiatives as well as proactive projects on emerging issues.
