Job Description:
✅What you will do
-Take complete ownership of ad revenue from a set of Brands
-Building, Training and Managing a team of Account Managers associated with growing advertisers' accounts
-Manage day-to-day ad operations of the team and build process efficiency
-Create and improvise on existing workflows, drive advertiser activation and retention programs, influencing performance on various Meesho Ad products
✅What you will need
-Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience
-Exposure to e-commerce, sales and advertising
-Experience in sales and marketing is preferred
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner
-Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
-Previous experience in account management or similar roles
-Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications
