Job Description:
✅Responsibilities:
-Manage receipt of invoices via single Microsoft Outlook mailbox.
-Manual posting of invoice data in SAP ECC.
-Perform review of invoices for payment “proposal review.”
-Setup and monitor automatic payments from bank accounts.
-Prepare monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and lead sheets leveraging OneStream.
-Contact vendors with questions for accrued amounts.
-Create spreadsheets for management review of open AP invoices for accrual.
-Create journal entries for accrued amounts and “park” in SAP for management approval.
-Generate expense reports by company code/vendor, as required.
-Annual generation of 1099 for vendors
-Respond to management requests, as required.
