Your Role And Responsibilities
The role of Solutioning & Solution Design is responsible for the design and development of technical solutions within Kyndryl's service area. It is a position with exposure to clients as they spend between 20 and 40% of their time interacting directly with customers. The Solution Design is responsible for the integral design of a solution and the development of its respective cost plan in a technological specialty. It has the leadership and initiative necessary to offer high quality, new and / or complex solutions to clients in response to their business requirements. He/She has a deep knowledge of advanced products and technologies that are aligned to the needs of an industry and our clients. In addition, it uses a combination of Kyndryl and third-party products and services to develop custom solutions along with associated cost cases. Its objective is to offer a coherent proposal of high-quality services and / or solutions that meet the technical and business requirements of the client and the obligations of Kyndryl. You are the lead player on the solutions team collaborating on innovative ideas using proven approaches to deliver a winning solution.
