Job Description:
What do we have on offer?We are looking for 4 HR Interns across 2 roles over a span of 4-6 months (before you wonder, yes! conversion to full time is highly possible based on your performance) to collaborate with us to set up the HR function in the organization.
1. Intern – Talent Acquisition
We are looking at an intern focused on TA.
In this role, you will be get exposure to hiring of field sales executives and build expertise in end-to-end recruitment - understanding requirements- job posting- sourcing- candidate interaction- interviews setup- offer negotiation - offer rollout
Amidst all this, you display a passion for engaging with candidates, display empathy and produce a superior candidate experience right throughout the process.
2. Intern – Talent ManagementThere is a lot of exciting work that you can be involved in but a few prominent ones are:- Induction & Onboarding- Employee Connect- HR Operations- Performance Management- Employee Engagement
